Can we all take a giant chill pill on the NFL draft right now. No, you're team didn't just win the Super Bowl, and it didn't just screw itself over into oblivion. Nobody knows what's going to come out of these draft picks. Nobody. Not a single one.
Trevor Lawrence was the closest thing to a sure thing based on all the talk before last year's draft, but his rookie season was awful because he was surrounded by a dumpster fire. Meanwhile, Jamar Chase looked like he had forgotten how to catch in the preseason only to go on and have the most prolific rookie season for a Wide Receiver in league history.
There is one, and only one certainty about the NFL draft, and that is the Washington Commandos will find a way to ruin the career of their picks. That's it, that's all. Relax.
